In these patients, consideration should be given to use a different type of dialysis, membrane or a different class of medication.

Renal function in patients 12.5mg Heart failure: A few patients, captopril those with severe pre-existing renal disease, required discontinuation of treatment due to progressively increasing creatinine. In patients with normal renal function and no other complicating factors, neutropenia occurs rarely.
